As her new patient coming off of the Whipple for Pancreatic/Ampullary cancer in 2005 I was fearful that I ‘might be wasting my time?” Dr. V clearly let me know we had a challenge but she had a specific plan for me. I felt then that she was like my family with me through the whole long ordeal. We loved her care and caring for those many years of treatment.
