Gauri’s passing comes as a rude shock and leaves a void in the lives of many! Geography kept us from being in regular touch, but her warmth when we last met two years ago was touching and infectious. This is a trait that she has passed on to her immediate family, especially the children. They are the better off for it! Under trying circumstances she still found the energy to think of us – guiding Anirudh diligently through interviews and suggesting prospective grooms for Adhithi. We would all like to think she is in a better place, but this world is the poorer for it.
